Appearance Straw yellow colour, with subtle green shades that turn golden after maturation.
Bouquet and Taste Delicate, fresh and persistent fragrance of fruit and flowers. Hints of bitter almonds. Dry taste, fine, harmonic, with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
Alcohol Content The minimum alcohol content provided by production regulations is 11,5° vol.
Goblet and Service A colourless semi-oval shaped glass,with thin edge and a slender stem, exalts the flavours of the wine. A service temperature of 10°-12° C. is recommended. If served as aperitif the ideal temperature is 8°-10°C.

PRODUCTION AREA: It is located in the district comprising the hills in the heart of the province of Ancona, and in small part, few areas of the province of Macerata. The wines produced in the oldest original area, the Castelli di Jesi, are marked as "Classico".
VINE VARIETY: It is obtained from the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico D.O.C. grape variety. Other authorised white wine grape varieties, can be added up to a maximum of 15%.
ELEVATION: 250 Meters above sea level.
SOIL: Clay, medium loose.
AGE OF VINEYARDS: 15 years.
VINE TRAINING: Guyot.
MAXIMUM YIELD: 100 q/ha.
NUMBER OF PRODUCED BOTTLES: 8000.
MATURATION: 8 months in stainless steal barrels.
MATURATION IN BOTTLES: 6 months.
